About Joy Everson

After becoming licensed in December 2003, I began a great venture in the Real Estate Industry in January 2004 by helping Sellers & Buyers fulfill the mission of selling or purchasing a home. I'm honored to be the oldest child of a 24 year Retired SGM, US Army Veteran. I married in November 1993 to Robert Everson, Jr. We had 2 boys and 3 girls. Unfortunately, we lost our oldest son (he was 30) to gun violence. My heart is passionate towards gun violence. We have 7 beautiful grandchildren whom we love to travel with. Enough about me and more about you!

Treating my clients as I would like to be treated is my motto. I'm always seeking additional education to stay well versed so that I may be able to provide the best education to my clients in reference to the home selling and buying process. I am MRP Certified which gives me the more experience and a specialty when working with Veterans. Other Certifications/Designations are SFR, GRI, CRSA and many more.

No price is too small and no price is too large. Fulfilling the desires of my clients in hope to build a relationship to last is my goal. Referrals are the best assistance my clients, family and friends can give to me. Everything done in the dark comes to light. Keeping my clients in the light, informed and well represented is what blesses me. Because of my relocating experience as a child of a Military parent, I enjoy working to help those needing to relocate out of state. Also, I have the ability to help someone in other states locate an agent close to them. Allow me the opportunity to give you a wonderful real estate transaction experience!
